Warranty Info

All parts and toner are RML-Certified, meaning they go through a 32-point inspection to guarantee quality and consistency. 
These pieces have a 1-year warranty. If there is an issue with a piece we sold you while it is in use, let us know, and we will rectify the situation. 

 

Return Policy

All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
No returns after 30 days. You can expect your partial, 80% refund within 3-5 business days.

When you desire to return an order, contact via the following options:

to start your refund process.
We will then send you a prepaid label for you to bring the package back to a UPS near you to ship the item back to us at no cost.

Special order items are non-returnable. Items that are considered special order will not be fulfilled right away, and it will be disclosed with you, the purchaser, that the item is "special order". (this is a rare instance.)

 

Shipping Policy

We are currently only providing ONLINE purchases to US customers.

If you are outside the US, please contact us to get your order started right away.

The shipping price is based on the Dimensional Weight of the entire order and the speed at which you'd like to receive your order.

Orders are the shipping process will begin on the same day of purchase for orders that are placed before 3 PM EST. Orders will take between 2-3 business days after purchase to arrive at the address provided.
